I'm Completely Out of Books

Oh well. I have finished everything in my mini library and I have read some of them multiple times. Which means I need more books! I should go to the library or something, but no time. When Liz gets home in like a week I think she is bringing some books from Marika. I'm too impatient, though. I think for now I will just have to settle on a hand-me-down book of brain teasers. But I like books because they take very little thinking. Or rather, processing. Yeah. Or I might take up tennis. I really do need to find myself a hobby. Tennis will be good. We have tennis rackets and everything. I just need my mom to take me to Johnson Park. But, tennis requires moving. I tink I'm just too lazy to do anything. I was almost too lazy to blog. I need to get a life. Well, bye! :-)

I Am Home!

Well, actually I was home yesterday, but I was pooped so I watched a movie and went to sleep. I had a wonderful two weeks in Utah. Well, actually only have of that because it took six day combined there and back. I love Utah :) I took a few pictures. Those will be up eventually. I hope you enjoyed my mini blogs from when my phone actually had service on the long trip :)

So, today is a fairly good day. I woke up kind of late *ahem* *11:30* *a personal lateness record* *cough* But, I did my chores, read part of this book Sister Kimble wanted my mom to read. Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet by Jamie Ford. I think that's the name. I don't remember. It's really good. Now I have extra time to play on the computer. I want to watch tv. We recorded some stuff on the DVR while we were gone, but PJ is glued there. I think we might need in expert un-tv-gluing team to get him off of there. But I don't think such a team exists... Ah well. He is watching the science channel. Maybe the nonstop television viewing won't rot his brain that much. Ha ha. Just kidding. He'll get off soon enough (hopefully).

I don't remember what else I was going to say.. Oh! I remember one thing! Ally Carter, the writer of the gallagher girl books, is coming to Decatur in September! Yay! But I do not live in Decatur, creepy computer stalker people... Anyway, that will be fun. My friend has informed me that they don't have Don't Judge a Girl by her Cover at our Borders.. So, maybe there I can get the whole trilogy. Liz wanted to read the second one but its not at the library. Yeah. that's about it.

A Real Computer!

I am in the business center at the Hampton inn at tucumcari (?) New Mexico. So I get to use a real computer! All this time i've been blogging off my phone which only lets me use 160 characters! so, tomorrow we will be in Utah. We get to see my grandparents and chillax.Yeah. no one ever reads my blog anymore :( If you read it, please leave a comment professing your undying love of the Megan :D Blog. Ha ha just kidding. But a would appreciate a comment now and then. details on dinner tonight: Wendy's. iu got this chicken sandwich thing. and I bought myself a frosty :) That is the best thing about Wendy's. I should probably be geting back to the room soon. But I'll probably go on reading The Andromeda Strain instead of sleeping. that is, if the sisters still have the light on. It's like 8:30 here, but 10:30 in Georgia. whatever. I want to get used to my lovely West coast time again :) Toodaloo!

Boredom on the road. Trecherous. Idk how to spell that < boredom!!! Aaaa! Nothing left to do. I already finished a humongo book. Anyway, back to being bored

Did you know...

...that mousse has propane in it? I mean, you could put that ingredient next to the WARNING FLAMMABLE to make it more believable. I found this out when comparing Tresseme (?) and Garnier Fructis mousse. They both had propane down in the middle of the ingredient list! Who knew? So, people of the world, think about this before you attept to scrunch your hair while camping near a fire pit. (And no, I do not know this from experience. I'm just guessing) But seriously, why have they hid this from the public who doesn't care enough to read the ingredients label on their hair product?! Just kidding, I was just bored out of my mind and had nothing better to do than to read the label. But, Beware the Propane Mousse.

First Day of Actual Summer-summerness

I say the weekend didn't count as the first days of summer. Today is the real first day of summer.

So, i woke up at like 8:30. Mikayla and I went jogging at 9. I have resolved to get in shape before high school. :P` , ' yeah. We walk/jogged 3 miles.

Ummmm.... then I came home and painted some of my ceiling tiles. they're awesome. They are part of an ongoing trial to make my room not so plain brown. I painted on my wall, but mommy said that would lower the value of the house.... So I'll stick to ceiling tiles and some furniture. One of them was this awesome star and the other was a night scene. Perty.

Then me, PJ, and Liz washed mom's car. Then we played in the water and played marco polo with the hose :)

Now I am in here blogging. Soon (In like an hour) we're going to a group family home evening thing. Normally its just our family, but the first of every month is combined.

Sheesh. I'm bored. If you know my email address, email me. If not, contact me some other way and I'll get it to you. BOREDOM!!!

Oh! but in two weeks we're going to monticello, utah. that's where my grandparents live. Its a super small town but its amazing :)

Then in July we're going camping. In cabins. I'm not sure if that can still be considered camping. It's gonna be fun, anywho.
