Savannah Trip: Day 3

Today was the trip home. We didn't do anything really exciting. Breakfast at Golden Corral. Lunch at some rest stop wherein the actual rest rooms didn't work. In the morning we went to Seabrook Village. It was old I guess. I don't remember exactly which time period it was from.ABOVE: Meredith, our guide.

I'm Back Everybody! Aren't You Happy?

Hey everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I"m back from Savannah and I'm so sinkin HAPPY!!!! It wasn't all expected it to be. WE'll leave it at that. Pictures of the fun times coming soon.

I couldn't blog on the weekend because of General Conference. General conference was AMAZING. One of the best. Oh, well, four of the best.

I will get the down side of Savannah over with. We got there. The first day was pretty nifty. Next day, not so much. The first night, we got a complaint because of noise. We woke up, got ready, went to River Street. In the middle of river street, there came unexpected torrential rains. It was fun, I slipped in the wet grass, but we didn't get to go back to the hotel until 6 pm, so we were soaking wet for all our other activities. The rain also prevented us from going out on the beach :( We also couldn't go on the ghost walk because of rain. We had to sit in a house and listen to bogus stories. The next day was the forever trip home.

I'm too lazy to go get my camera, plug it into the computer, load up all the pictures, put the pictures, 5 by 5, onto my blog, and then lable them all. I have like a hundred pictures. They are too full of stories to delete. No matter how random and irrelevent they are. It is Satur... Monday. I keep forgetting we are on spring break. HOLY COW WE ARE ON SPRING BREAK!!!!!! I just realized that! i need to go have some fun! I'm going to the mall tomorrow, but as for today: I am unbooked. Ooh, speaking of books, maybe we could go to the library. liz said she needed a new book to read and I could get myself out of the house.

Ha ha. Kayla said i can type fast ;) I'm honored. and bored. WHAT SHOULD I DO?????????????? ARG!!!!! I'M SOOOOOOOOO BORED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pj deleted mine and Liz's recordings on the TV :( Ah well. I think I'll get dressed and go on a bike ride perhaps. Or maybe not. I don't know.

Oh my gosh! Savannah trip is tomorrow!!! It is very nerve-racking!!! The first over-nighter outside the comfort zone!!! It's gonna be so FUN!!!! even though it's going to be scary for me :0

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! I've been needing to get that scream out. Ahem.

That is what we are learning about. We did an easy little worksheet about it. I finished quite quickly :) My blogs are now being saved on my computer for my future posterity!!! Yay! That means I don't actually have to write all this stuff down! Woohoo!

Goodness, I feel boring today. I don't have anything to say.

Today in Horticulture we picked up trash outside. My group didn't hear Mr. Squires say that we were all going around to the back of the school, so we were picking up trash out front the whole time. Hannah Something-or-other inadvertently showed us where everyone was. She came out front to get her purse so Martha and I finally got the hint to go back there.

At first I couldn't even find my way to horticulture! I was walking down to Mr. Squires room and Jeremy was walking away from it and said, "We're outside today" So I followed everyone. Then I turned down the wrong hallway. Jeremy had to show me where to go again. I gave up trying to find it myself then and just followed him. I finally made it :)

Nothing exciting happened in homeroom or reading or art. I am having a pretty boring day today. I had a hot shower this morning :) But I didn't allow myself enough time, so I had to blow-dry my hair and try to straighten it in 30 minutes. I guess I shouldn't have spent 25 minutes eating my bowl of cereal or just standing, savoring the thought of hot water...

I'm SO BORED!!!! I AM NOW GOING TO TYPE IN CAPS LOCK TO GET ACROSS THE POINT THAT I AM BORED!

Oh, ok. 5 minutes. I guess I don't need to type a lot in caps lock. I'm bored

It's Raining, It's Hailing...

It's been raining all day. Just barely it started hailing.

I came upstairs, Pj was drenched and Dad was standing in the middle of the kitchen/breakfast nook. Dad asked, "What is that out there?" I replied, "Hail". He said, "Ooh, you cussed!" I said, "What? No I didn't! I said 'hail'!" He said,"That's how they say it in Georgia!"

Now it has allegedly stopped hailing, PJ says. He wants to use my umbrella. We've been cleaning a lot today so we can go out for pizza. Mom and Dad say they will take us to a new place. To that I said, "Mellow Mushroom?" they said "no, Atlanta..." Something or other, I don't remember. I said, "Atlanta Mellow Mushroom?" Then they laughed.

Liz says we won't be able to go because of the rain. I hope we get to go! I'm hungry and want some pizza! My stomach says, "GrrrrRRRRR"

I made a movie today. Movies take a long time to load onto blogger. Especially when the internet is being slow. I'll go get my camera and load it onto the computer while it's being cooperative.
