Today Is a Good Day

Not much excitement, but it was still pretty good. I tried to auction off a quarter in math. We had a sub. Alex bid 10 cents, Natalya bid a pencil, Jeremy refused to bid, then Heeyoon bid a dollar :D Ha. I didn't take it.

I should probably go in order, summing up the entire day.

I think I already did my morning in the previous b-l-o-g. Sorry, just felt like spelling it out.

In homeroom it was raining inside. Right next to my locker. It was safe behind the door, though :) Mrs. Owens wanted me to put all my stuff in her room. Ha, no thank you. I went to the library to get a new book. Showed everyone my painted toenails. They're spiffy :)

First Period: Waited by door, Jamahri wouldn't let me be first in line. Ha. Coach Roberts finally comes to let us in. We all go sit down and take a vocabulary test. Then we have a class "discussion" about the faulty definitions for frantic, neurotic, and berserk. They were all mixed up. I'm smarter than Jeremy! Ha! Just kidding, we bost missed 3, but Coach Roberts gave us 9, which I missed. For neurotic's definition, Jeremy put Coach Roberts then crossed it out :) We then did new vocabulary.

Art, 2 period-Mr. Domingo was absent so it was free draw. I made a lovely kindergarten-worthy crayon picture. I used my left hand to make it more authentic :) then on the back i drew a cool pattern.

~Pj is trying to convince Liz to allow him to wake up donovan because "his breathing patterns are bothering him". Sheesh. Liz is being ornery about it. Gr. They upset me. Back to my day.

3rd period- Horticulture: Trace pretty pictures of plants native to Georgia. Martha teaches me a song in Spanish. Or, at least, how to pronouce everything.

4th: stations about waves. We got to use a tuning fork in water. It was AWESOME! Then we used a slinky thing to demonstrate longitudinal waves. We made a rainbow :) In this period I unofficially decided to be Susan Fresno. Who is that? Who knows.

Period 5... Language. Forgot my Anne Frank book :) We took another vocabulary test. We will see on monday what I got. (Oh gosh! Savannah trip starts early wednesday morning! :o)

Six: Social studies: Make a poster for Coca-Cola :) Fun :)

7th period of the day: We had a sub in math. Everyone basically worked hard in silence. Me and Jeremiah had random conversations. I then tried to auction of my quarter.

End of the day! Come home on the bus, decide I only want ot wear one of my shoes on the bus. Contemplated throwing the extraneous shoe at Mikayla. It was her shoe anyway. Not throw in a mean way!

Got home, ate some ice cream (yummy :)), started packing for savannah trip (it's gonna be so much fun!) Watched A Series of Unfortunate Events with the family. Came downstairs with the intention to read my library book, got distracted, and got on the computer.
